ANHC is now able to offer same and next day appointments to qualified new patients. It is easy, convenient, and could save your friends and family money to become a patient with us. ANHC provides quality compassionate medical and dental care. We want to be your health care home: with a pharmacy, lab, and x-ray at the same location, we save you time. Our staff works with new patients to make care as affordable as possible, regardless of insurance or income.

Share this news with your friends and family. Appointments for new patients can be scheduled by calling 257-4600. Your friend or family member must mention your name during check in to be included in the drawing. New patients must have their first appointment during the months of December & January.

Seeing Your Provider When You Need Care

Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center is taking important steps to improve your ability to access care when you need it with a provider and care team that understands your health and needs.

These steps include:

• Identifying a medical provider and care team for you based on your history at the health center, in order to serve you in the future

• Creating a process for patients to change providers based on personal preference

• Immediately changing appointment scheduling to improve afternoon access to urgent care appointments while accommodating appointments scheduled in advance

• Reducing the waiting time for appointments by the New Year. You will be able to schedule an appointment and be seen by your regular provider the same day

This is an exciting time of growth and change that comes as we prepare to open the new health center next fall. We realize that changing old procedures can be difficult. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you, our valued patient. Watch for regular updates through mailings, emails, and in the health center.
