We’re here to make care accessible. ANHC serves patients who are uninsured, underinsured, and insured.

Sliding Fee Discount Program

All patients are encouraged to apply for our Sliding Fee Discount Program, even if you have health insurance. Eligibility is based on your household size and annual income. If you qualify, your discount applies to most services at ANHC, including prescription medications from our pharmacy.

Our Outreach, Enrollment, & Eligibility team can help you explore your options and enroll in a health insurance plan that fits your needs.

Payment Information

• Payment is due at the time of your visit. If payment is not provided, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

• Some services, such as labs or additional procedures, may be billed separately after your visit.

• You can pay online using most major credit and debit cards.
