ANHC Welcomes Christi Lepley as CHRO

Anchorage, AK — Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center (ANHC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Christi Lepley as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective Sept. 16, 2024. Christi brings extensive experience in human resources leadership and will play a pivotal role in advancing ANHC’s mission and supporting the needs of its growing workforce.
As the CHRO, Christi will oversee ANHC’s human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader business goals. Her responsibilities will include talent management, succession planning, employee development, policy administration, and overseeing compensation, benefits, and compliance. She will also provide strategic HR leadership to ANHC’s Senior Leadership Team, stakeholders, and Board of Directors.

Christi joins ANHC from North Star Behavioral Health, where she served as Human Resources Director, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, leading cultural initiatives, and enhancing overall effectiveness. She brings expertise in workforce planning, compensation strategies, and analytics-driven decision-making. Christi holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and is SHRM-SCP certified. With experience across healthcare and other sectors, her leadership will be key in supporting ANHC’s continued growth and success.
